The 311 Remnant Worship Center expansion is a new construction/renovation that will be a purpose-built equipping center designed to foster worship, community and spiritual growth. This area will serve as an environment for gatherings, teaching, and ministry activities, providing a welcoming atmosphere that reflects excellence, creativity and Kingdom values. The design emphasizes functionality, accessibility and durability while creating an inspiring space for worshippers of all ages to connect, learn, worship and grow in faith.

We are currently taking contractor bids for this project. Contractors must be licensed and registered with the City of Lima OR be willing to obtain licensing prior to contract award.

- Plans will be distributed once registration has been completed
- Walkthroughs are by appointment only
- Bid submission deadline is March 1st, 2026
- Expected award date: on or before March 15th, 2026
